STUDENTS:

Chibi-Con – Come to Anime Club’s 3rd Annual Anime Convention! It takes place tomorrow, Saturday, March 20, from 10am until 4pm at Branham High School. There will be lots happening including a Video Game Brawl Tournament, a charity auction, an Artist Alley where you can purchase anime art, an Anime Battle Royale and Anime Discussion Panels. All this and food too! Dressing up in your favorite Anime character is encouraged – just leave the weapons and revealing costumes home! (Nguyen)

The Annual CUHSD CCOC Field Trip is next Tuesday, March 23rd. All interested 10th and 11th grade students should pick up a bus permission slip in the Guidance Department. Space is limited. (Carlisle)

All Students taking the AP Tests – You must pay the $15 deposit for each test by Wednesday, March 31 at the student store or the online webstore. (LLy)

Best Buddies Facts for March – Seventeen magazine featured Best Buddies in its June issue. The magazine spoke to Vanessa Hudgens about supporting Best Buddies. (Waugh)

Branham Cheer Exhibition – Come support the Branham Cheerleader as they prepare for National Competition! They will be holding an exhibition tonight, March 19, at 7pm in the main gym. Other cheerleading teams in attendance will be Santa Teresa, Santa Clara, Silver Creek, and more! Come to the main gym this Friday night – this event is free! (Alipaz)

Helping Humanity Annual Charity Ball – Save this date! Saturday, March 27, the Helping Humanity Club is having its annual Charity Ball. This year it is being held at Bella Mia restaurant, downtown San Jose, from 5 to 9pm. One ticket is $30.00, two tickets are $55.00. Buy your tickets today from a Helping Humanity Club member or in room 56. (Johanson)

Senior Grad Night – Send your senior on a voyage off into the night to celebrate the end of their senior year! Get their ticket for the Grad Night Cruise - space is limited. Pick up and drop off signed contract with payment in the main office. Or buy a ticket online at the webstore. (Pansoy)

Attention Parents: If you need to pick up your student for an appointment during the school day, we ask that you call the attendance office IN ADVANCE to arrange for an Off Grounds Pass. The attendance office phone number is 626-3407, and Press 1 for the attendance secretary. It is sometimes difficult and disruptive to classrooms to locate a student at only a moments notice. Also, students should plan to pick up their Off Grounds Pass during morning break or lunch. Thank you very much for your cooperation. (Long)
